Philippe Leonard – Executive Officer of Operations

Phil has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. For the past 15 years Phil has worked in the residential home market on projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $35,000,000. I built my first home when I was seventeen and continued working in the home building industry every summer thru college. I realized during my junior year of college that homebuilding was the one career that I felt passionate about. I have never regretted this decision. The most rewarding part of my job is being able to start with nothing more than a patch of sand or dirt and see it fulfilled in the form of a beautiful home that will become such an important part of our client’s lives. Besides the experience, Philippe’s contribution to the 3 Core team is to ensure we build according to our company values and reinforcement of our mission.  Philippe listens to our clients’ dreams and objectives so that your vision becomes our vision on each and every home we build.
